PORK - OUR FARM & BLYTHBURGH PORK
We outdoor rear Oxford Sandy and Black (rare breed) pigs slowly, to produce our highly flavoursome pork used for a variety of recipes including 'Ben's Bangers' and Smoked Ham Hock Terrine! When we are unable to provide enough of our own pork for a specific cut, we use Blythburgh Free Range Pork.
LAMB - CULFORD FLOCK & OUR FARM
All of our lamb comes from Jacob sheep, a native breed that produce a tasty lean product! Our main source comes from the Justin Hammond of Culford Flock, and these sheep are grass fed on conservation sites and RSPB land. During winter months we are able to supply our own home-reared lamb.
BEEF - LAVENHAM BUTCHERS
We currently use Suffolk grazed Hereford beef, supplied by Lavenham Butchers.
